What you need to do
- Sign up for an account.
- Once you’ve signed up, you get one entry into the Lucky Draw.
What you get
- The draw takes place on the first day of the following month.
- We’ll contact winners directly with instructions on how to claim their prize.
Prize conditions
- We’ll contact winners within 24 hours of the announcement to collect their details. If we can’t reach a winner within 3 days, the prize is forfeited.
- Once your details are verified, we’ll send your prize within 60 working days. If delivery will take longer, we’ll let you know.
- Check your prize as soon as it arrives. Report any problem to the courier and take photos or video as proof.
- We’re not responsible for any defect or damage found after you sign for the delivery.
- Prizes can’t be exchanged or replaced once you’ve signed for them.
- Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash.
- Our decision is final on all matters relating to this promotion.
Other terms
- We may remove a bonus if we suspect an account of abuse or of breaking these terms.
- We may exclude any member from this promotion at any time, and change or withdraw any offer, without giving a reason.
